Christmas!!! My favorite time of year, my siblings and I always go to grandmas house to watch horror films and bake gingerbread. My favorite activity is when we all gather by the fireplace and tell each other horror stories. I remember my brother, Shane, two Christmases ago pissed himself from a story grandma told us about Krampus and it's origin. I get in my car and get to grandmas house before anyone so I can help out with whatever she needs before hand. Once parked and inside I greet grandma. "Hi grandma, how are you? Need any help?" Grandma shook her head chuckling "such a persistent little one now aren't ya? All I need is for you to pick out movies." I saluted her and got to work. My siblings finally came and we did our yearly ritual. Sad one of us, the youngest, went missing and can't be a part of this. Grandma brought out the gingerbread men, which look like our family members that went missing. We thought nothing of it and thought it was grandma's way of letting go. We finally got around to storytelling, as always the youngest goes first and grandma always went last. It went full circle and it was grandmas turn, she always sat in the middle. "this is a story about a young European girl, she made a gingerbread man of the one she loved and gave it to him. He took a bite of it and fell in love with her and soon wedded. However, one night the man sneaked out and was seen with another woman and the girl saw this man and his infidelity. So she made another gingerbread man that looked exactly like him and bit the head off. That night screams were heard from all around as that man was headless. They figured out the young girl was behind it and lynched her. Her final words were "Ill make you a treat."" We all were shook to the core as grandma had a smirk of the cheshire cat and the malicious eyes of a villain. "that lacked luster Let's try it again, I said." She shifted into a beautiful young woman with rope burn on her neck. "I'll make you a treat!!!"
