Chapter 3

I was awake, I think, but I couldn’t move. I was stuck in bed and unable to move. My body felt as if an anvil was on my body. I was in the hospital with Lily, but her heart monitor was beeping. Then the monitor flatlined. I woke up finally in a sweat, and decided to go to the table. I saw the journal open on the table, and decided to write.
